Looks like temasek is the leader manager for many fund raising exercise. Usually lead manager gets big rebates. In the olden days of the eurobond market, lead manager will approach few banks to be in the selling group and sometimes underwrite issues which get discounted prices. Theses selling group banks will sell their allocation to the secondary market for traders to buy/sell.

Why are our sovereign wealth funds involve in the highly unregulated crypto space? Why take a highly risky gamble on a black jack 21 or 22 burst strategy. Our cpf money indirectly are used. All crypto setups are just trading platforms for all of us to buy/sell, lend/borrow at ah long rates with no accountability of misuse of clients funds.
