The % means the intensity of the showering or the chance of showering?

Means chance of rain. Below 20% normally no chance of rain. 2-4 pm very strong possibility of rain. My interpretation.

It's the intensity. Click on it you'll see heavy, moderate or low

Not sure but NEA always use 马后炮 logic to predict weather.....example when flooding around SG, NEA will report expect heavy rains around SG in the next few weeks....and if weather suddenly cold, NEA will report expect cold weather in coming rainy season blah blah blah...

What you see now on the forecast may change suddenly later.

Best is to see the six hourly thunderstorms forecast. Usually 80% accurate. .... Rolleyes
