Case 3 years ago and he got to get married and have kids liao. Get it over and done with. Start anew once jail term is over. The kids are young.

The man did not "fake contributions " to CPF.
If you fake contributions means you did not make real contribution but misled others that you did. Example if you sell a fake rolex it is not real rolex.
He made contributions to CPF. What he misled HDB that he had a real.job to get a loan. He had no real job and was committing crimes to get money.
The money is real so is the contribution to CPF.
