Know a lady who selflessly looking after her autistic sister.
Whenever I meet her, I will compliment her for making so much sacrifice.
She always reminds me that her sister was the one who is training her. Teaching her to be selfless, contented, acceptance and patience.
She is happy to do what she is doing.

What you need to do, is to change your fate.
This will make you get out of the current shxt hole.
