Customer receives Santa hat instead of water heaters - theold - 26-12-2022
A Stomper informed Stomp that her family had bought two EuropAce water heaters for $28.61 each on Lazada earlier this month.
However, on Monday(Dec 19), they were shocked when they received a Santa hat instead.
They reported the matter to Lazada on the same day.
The Stomper asked: "Why should we go through the trouble of going to SingPost to return a Santa's hat?"
"The seller is a scammer.

I not sure how they work this Lazada , etc
I know everyone can put items on their site selling things but those scammer like this , what they will deal with them?
Simply just remove their account that all? They can make another account also even IP Ban etc.
