Do a nation roll call. All fall in. Take a very targeted approach.
Don’t waste time on quarantine, hospitalising and dont know what else is keeping them busy everyday.

Fall in then? Forced needle into them? That will be criminal.
Maybe reserve the hospital beds for above 60. Under 60 go other facilities or home recovery.
