UOB bank offer to lend at 1.18%.for 6months. - sgbuffett - 31-12-2022

Okay I went to the bank yesterday with my mom  to help her move money from one FD to and other FD.

The bank say we can borrow X amount by paying admin fee  1.18% upfront. Loam is 0% interest for 6 months.  This special account called UOB Cashplus. Annualised is 2.4%interest paid.

I was thinking of taking this up. I should be able to make net 0.7% by redepositing this money in another FD at 4%. 

That is $70 per $10K for 6 months.

Anyone use this before?...

You shd use internet banking to help your mom transfering the fixed deposit.
I tot you are also IT savvy like me. No need to waste time to queue in the bank if your are not asking for highest rate. Your mom cannot stand too long lah.

dat correct Bank lends u at 0% int
u just pay upfront for admin fee.
1.38% for processing fee.
not bad if u use it to buy goldbars.
dat wat singlon did for 2000 borrowed
1 0z pamp bar for something like 2400+
i like to test system
Bank again send me letter
same operandi this time no blank cheque
has to fill form and post.

singlon is a BAM for more than 15yrs doing nothing.
still own a credit card at 72
buy stuffs at sengsiong
even 1$ with card
life easy
card in approved take card take stuff.
now got credit card type of accounts total 3. 1 physical card 2 borrow money card cyber u know digital 1 and zero
every mth pay 40 each MINIMUM PAY by singlon
u know like AliPay

do understand singlon understands wat is happening deeply
just like the coronavirus does not exist
this time is abt MONEY and Currency
singlon has gone twice into Malaisiya unvaccinated
first time they gave me hell
second time i use an expired passport to get me face to face with officer.

Just take the money out of the FD to pay back the loan. ..why can't payback? Can explain?))...

Some people use loan money to do business 
Marry or deposit new home n can’t pay back how?
Yours is ok if only for fd
