Not bad hor, kids rent out the BTO flat earn extra money from rental
stay with Parents, combine got 600 CDC voucher. If the family got 3 kids all doing the same rent out their BTO flat or resale flat
with with parents in old 5 rm flat which is quite big or best landed house

Probably the landlord and tenant didn't declare to iras, and both may get into troubles for that $300
