The shielding loophole can be very easily closed if CPF adds this rule: After age 55, all funds from sale of investment using SA must go to OA. Very easy. No need to enforce liquidation like what this advisor says.
This Josh always talks as if he is an expert, but his analysis in his many videos are not that insightful.
That Lorna Tan is another one kind. She safely crossed the bridge at 55 and then dismantled the bridge behind her by writing about shielding in ST. CPF should claw back her extra 1.5% interest.
