Adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Oleksiy Arestovych, resigned; the reason is the storm surrounding his words that a Russian missile that hit an apartment block in the Dnieper, killing 44 people, was shot down by the Ukrainian army.
Aretovych said on Facebook on Tuesday that he had written a request for resignation and that he wanted to set an example of "civilized conduct" in a situation where he had made a "fundamental mistake".
