it is only for beginning for buyer. results will have to wait if buyer can took over smoothly. value add to the buy. not an easy road as inflation has caused demand for wage increase everywhere. not road block. just difficulties they have to manage.

The deal certainly makes strategic sense. The question is whether SATS has a big enough stomach to swallow WFS.

The freight rates were at their peak previously. SATS, like others in the same industry, probably earn quite a lot during this peak. The rates had gone downhill recently.

The acquired company is full of debt.
Labor is unionised and can strike to higher pay.
They are dependent on competitive contracts have have to be renewed.
The previous owners gladly let it go.
