shd have invest in T-bills through CPF
later FD rate lower then CPF, then I am stuck outside in FD lower rate
CB nobody from CPF helpdesk/FAQ/staff told me this despite I went down/call/email

Later FD lower than CPF? I thought when you place you already know the FD rate? You mean CPF to put FD at point of placement you don't know the rate in advance?

now FD is 4.18 while CPF is 2.5
but the rate down the road FD may drop lower than 2.5

FD is base by mths and year.
