IT jobs here goes to CECA candidates....Graduate from NUS also no use, cos can kenna retrenched..

- I do know Gov give rebates, etc for NEW hawker, this is why there are suddenly spike of new hawkers, mostly try first see how since Gov give rebate etc
next I wonder how their cooking skill is, personally cook?? or just employ a cook ?

I think their fish sauce or fermentation of their food stuffs
Chinese fish sauce different from Thai, Laos, Burma & other Indo china. Thai the least CCB smell

YEP! It is impossible to get hired by CECA because they always prefer their own villagers. They will use skills to say that their own CECA are much better to justify more CECA to work in SG.
But our NUS grads are cheaper, so how to compare with 50,000 Ramesh? Companies will need young grads to be trained to build up mixture of teams. But anyway, has any over- paid Ramesh has brought pride to SG with their skills and abilty for the past 10 years.
CECA is becoming a nuisance and destroying the Future of Singapore.

IMHO, the CECA agreement is putting our PMETs become jobless or retrenched..

MOM need to look into this case in details.
If govt keep telling the own world we are short of IT manpower, and yet young IT manpower are switching out from the industry, something must be very wrong..
Possible reasons:
1) Govt con us.. There is never a shortage of IT manpower. In fact, there is over surplus of IT manpower in Singapore
2) Sell ban mian pay better than as programmer
3) The IT env is so toxic until people can't stay long
Feel free to add other possible reasons..
