china ballon has show a new directions for country who don't have expensive weapon.
when win direction is right. send ballon with bomb in right wind direction is a cheap way to
bomb them out.
or add a propeller with mico-p to control directions. a million ballon will make a real different.
cheaper then drones and fly higher.
