if a country has no strength defence herself. the country will end up very horrible.
one day wild general may toy with invading cbd for a quick loot.
some admiral may think they can intimidate us by blocking our sea ways for money.
pirates will become more active.
think about it. nsf is getting a boost of physical health. survival skill, free management control of many things.
best part it is free and you are paid not like in school you pay.
