I was so angry at the Chip Eng Seng offer I spit at the offer document and tore it to bits. 

Major shareholders  have been flip these buyouts at 50-200% profits yet authorities sat by as small investors are ripped off.
....so many times 

To me it is a myth that there is good governance in Singapore. They should have acted once the problem surface not allow such events to to repeat....and repeat ..

As for the proposals it have not read them, they are already too late and often just another disappointment for us.

You win some you lose some..

Yes, CES takeover at a lower price sucks, but move on since war is over. SGX will turn a blind eye against minority investors.

No point getting emo over it.
