Location sucks.
Must well wait, for TPY one
that plot of land beside Caldecott MRT.
If you go see TPY 10 years plan, that place beside Caldecott Mrt will have BTO flats with a Shopping mall " according to HDB design photo rah "
I also expect will have Condos as usual.
Remember Recently ? Another Plot of land use to be First TPY school one also will be reserve for property , " currently not sure is it for BTO flats again or maybe for Private condo "
That plot of land also within mins to Caldecott MRT station.

NDM rather stubborn one, even afterÂ
HSR scrapped, MRT lines on hold,
they never scale down or revise.
