That's one of the problems property buyers often overlook. Dun face dark corner of swimming pool, play geound, and etc. Not only endless nuisance but aso difficult to rent/sell

If they want so call quiet place go Punggol , Sengkang than .. But EPIC will complain wanna buy hawker foods have to walk dam far, blah blah lol
