He and his wife never stay in this GCB actually they stay in Condo.

This is actually not a GCB. It's below the GCB minimum of 15,000 sqft. Anyway, Caldecott area will become more mass market with the redevelopment of the MediaCorp site, so good idea to sell before the masses move in.
