Travel insurance plan with pre- existing conditions are only 30 days. If need to travel > 30 days how to go about it?

pre- existing conditions in travel insurance don't pinpoint a particular condition.
even high blood pressure , high cholesterol are included.
it actually means those chronic diseases ,heart ,stroke mental.... etc . they may reject your claim if you have them and buy only 'normal' travel insurance. by default pre ex are not covered.
