"Basing on his response, "we now know" means that Keppel Chairman Lee Boon Yang was totally unknown and kept in the dark from 2001 to 2014 until US DOJ probe

Aiya. Unless u dun want to do business with 3rd world countries; otherwise, it is very common to bribe the officers to win contracts. They will ask 4 bribe even u win by offering the lowest tenders. U dare not to give them bribe?

May be one should read the Brazil report on how the Brazil police trace a car wash operation and leads to PETROBRAS in order to 'know" a bit of the complicated insider operation and how each level involved.................
