Earlier still say Ukraine soldiers will defend Bakhmut to last man now seem to change stance. It means worst they will retreat while they are not fully encircled yet.
They have been rotating new Ukraine troops in near Bakhmut. Units rearmed and replenish go in. Once all encircled this strategy will be ended. Left the surrounded Ukraine soldiers fight on till surrender.
