It has to be some inflation + growth ..

Inflation there are many types low moderate and high.

High is always bad.

Deflation is very risky because unlike inflation there may be no way out and economy can be trapped in a deflation spiral for long time.

Inflation always have ways to control ...though it may cause some pain.

Like Japan, China allowed its real estate bubble to carry on for too long and that caused a long painful period of adjustment with deflationary effects.
