Agent was talking enthusiastically to me about how MRT nearby, famous school ...sure can rent ...etc But once I say j have no jobs so how to pay ....the agent enthusiasm faded fast. Wow $2500 psf for 99yr lease hold...Real game changer. All those who whine HDB has no value because its a leasehold are just talking rubbish.
