He said we r better prepared for future variants n pandemics... we have the resources n experienced... so now is to open up quickly establish more travel lanes n maintain as a status hub... overall is to crawl back the billions they have coughed n slowly further squeeze our balls...

Don't think last part of sentence is true... His main message is don't worry we are reopening as planned. In the end everything will be OK, vaccinated, unvaccinated and get covid or not all still have to die one day. Live with covid better than CB every time.
