Housing is for.living policy in China.
They bite the bullet to do this if not the bubble would have been much bigger and deadlier.
Real estate is cyclical. The Chinese Market has been correcting for 3 years and they ring fence the banks and protect the buyers....the developers can go and die if they had been careless.
Eventually they will evolve a new housing model.because the previous one drive by capitalism is just crazy unstable

Even though it rises by over 20 times, it still can buy. Most of the 2nd tier cities' properties are increasing. This might be one of the rises why our property prices are rising even though our immediate surrounding countries' properties have dropped, some half-ed.
