Bery smart … sack those high salary then hire back new staff for the same role at 20% of the original salary.

Meta's two rounds of layoffs are affecting the company's already poor customer service for users, influencers, communities and businesses.

Good move. A lot of ceca engineers in Meta (facebook ) were actually dead wood. Several were downright dishonest ppl cheating the company .

This is a badly managed company. The previous round was 2,000 recruiters and now 1,500 recruiters. I suppose there must be few thousands left working which means they have ten thousand recruiters?
