It has all the facilities and important garmen offices
The HDB HUB, is right in the centre, one road away is the IRS HQ, CPF is in next door Bishan
It has the best intergrated Bus-MRT depot, the biggest and best Park
MacRichie Reservior is right besides it
The best School, RI and RGS is right inside it
Religions? The Islamic Centre is inside it, the oldest Shuang Lim Temple, the biggest Monastry are all there
It also have two big stadiums after National Stadium and Jalan Besar

yes the commercial, industrial, housing estate needs further integrations.
like science park in a ulu location. so every morning movement of people from all other locations towards southwest of singapore. then evening the reverse. how nice if science park is partly move to sumang, tengah as the populations there are younger and growing. then used part of science park land for housing. some of the government department can also have more brunch office in new estate to distribute the workforce. data network and communication tools can easily link the various office together. tampines is an example of success of moving some activities to hdb town.

Many years ago when I was in the U.S. attending training, an American told me he has visited Spore before, then he suddenly asked where the capital of Spore is., I told him it is in Orchard Road….Very funny.

Orchard Road is the busiest road in Singapore
Where everybody also act busy just like our garmen
Orchard Road got the expensive food and everything is expensive there
Just like what our garmen wants Singapore to be
At the end of Orchard Road is the Istana where the President lives
And where the official residence and PM office is

In that case we should introduce Orchard Capital District(OCD) just like Washington DC, our official capital.
