Super lazy. Go to Branch. Branch Staff says to go back home and use the computer. Tried and tried. Locked. Email password key in, wrong password. Reset. Locked. Reset.
Call helpdesk. Helpdesk says to use the handphone, don't use a desktop. Tried and tried. Helpdesk says, I know the reason why. Tried. Still cannot.
Now, please use the desktop. Still cannot.
Sorry, we need to unbind and bind the online token.

I don't think our banking system is anywhere near what svb can do. Billions were withdrawn in a day, amounting to 1mil per min or something like that.

Is this your saving account or credit card account?
If there is no more account,
you cant login it into the bank account anymore.
OCBC has the worst online bank app.

Some other accounts. The online token is supposed to tag to the bank account. But they are not in sync. It generates a password that the system doesn't recognize. Think they are quite lazy nowadays, take a look at their head office.

You call the helpdesk, they can help you reset your digital token. Then you can reset your password.

With internet banking it is easy to be scammed, better use the old and tested system......................
