Got condition if want the 3.9%. I only have iSavvy leh. And they tie down 1K to put 10K minimum 20K means you need to tie down 2K in some lousy interest savings,current account. Dunno that 2K can withdraw out after you place the FD hmmm

I lock my spare cash when CIMB offer 4.2 and GoSavers 4.23 and BOC and ICBC 3.9 to 4.1 Now wait for T-bill and then mature first.
3.9 RHB also offering not only Maybank
