It's not easy for the rich PRC folks to transfer their money out, unless their company's shares are listed in HK, US or SG. Each person can only (legally) transfer at most USD50k per year.

I am sure the ultra rich in China knows how to transfer large amounts of money to Singapore/Hong Kong.........................
