To be expected. Ukrainian airspace is now the most cluttered and hostile electronic signal zone in the world now. It would be folly to assume that the Russians don't know how to do electronic jamming, and it is clear that their intent is to neutralise whatever technological advantage there is on the battlefield in Ukraine so it becomes attritional "dumb" warfare which they can afford to lose more men and assets than Ukraine.
