Actually is waiting how greedy landlord in SG is.
IN fact all still stubborn so call " kiasu " means if you never increase rent other increase like u lose out.
Not surprising one by one investors move out of SG. Business owners, investors is go place which offer cheap rental in return they can profit a lot from business.
Is unwise unreasonable high rental which already occupy so much from your profits.
Next also due to Cheaper workers. Other Asian countries workers wages still consider cheaper to get hire than getting in SG.

SALAH liao..................these landlords are patriotic heroes...................they raise rent so FTs will leave or companies gotta pay them more.................this will improve job prospects for Sinkies...........
