In the clip, a 3-year-old boy is playing on the road and bends down to pick up something when a car drives up.
Because the driver of the car did not see the boy, he allowed the car to continue moving. When running over the child, the driver realized something was wrong, so he stopped the car.
After the accident, the boy was taken to the hospital for treatment. Fortunately, after only 3 days, the boy was discharged from the hospital.
