my late lunch now. tired of cooking everyday. i can whip up simple dish like this fairly quickly. so you know why my weekly grocery is less than $30 per week if i don’t buy meat and seafood Big Grin

You like stir fry kind? Me if ownself cook is soup based kind. Partly if noodles or rice not enough the tasty soup help to fill stomach since it is water haha

So in real life you must be meaty meaty kind. Vege if stir fry lost all nutrients and vitamins liao. You can boil awhile quickly take out put some oyster sauce over it for flavor.

wabiang eh you don't insult me la..i'm far from what you described.
i put very little oil to stir fry. used to be very health conscious...but becoz of Covid, i spend more time cooking at home and i put more condiments to make dishes more palatable...so homecooked food becomes unhealthy for me imo
