Agree they are all coming up in swimming which Spore used to dominate. No longer is a clean sweep anymore. Commentator has said for men gold for breast stroke has long time no swimmer. Spore male swimmer tend to focus on fast and powerful stroke like freestyle and butterfly.
I focus on breast stroke becuz prefer to idle as in when my legs kick my hands just keep straight. When my hands pull down my legs relax. This idle style allow me to cover more laps hence make my monies spent in activesg swimming pool more worthwhile.

As a Singaporean sprinter took gold in the women's 200m final at the 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games, smashing national and meet records in the process.😄😀😃

SINGAPORE – National sprinter Shanti Pereira won her second consecutive women’s 200m gold on Monday after clocking a Games and national record time of 22.69sec at the Cambodia SEA Games.
