SG companies are mostly paying the same amount for fake talents from Bangalore.

SiliconĀ valley is not a country, their top ITĀ engineers and researchers are 70 to 75%Ā foreigners.
Sg cannot follow blindly, we must be selective what to open widerĀ or more close.
