sleep on the floor
or go into your aircon room
many ways
even with fan like vacuum the room lock the door make sure air flow thr. the gap with the help of the fan
don't wait for them to kill u
don't stress building an acidic body YOU lose.

Go and take cold shower at night 1 hour before sleep. After sleeping, you will not feel the heartiness.

Now the cold water is not as cold than normal day.

Installation of air con pretty messy and costly. ?

Better to get a portable aircon?
Heard it is very  noisy? Is this true??
