So far only say 'residential'. Could be private residential apartments. If HDB then most probably under Prime Location Public Housing Model as predicted by one of the analyst.

Too boring if build some more private projects there, already too many. Need some places like neighborhood shops, coffee shops, wet markets, fruit stalls and etc

Dun know about bto prices, but 50yo resale already 500k. A few yrs back even higher
