I still don't get it why until today why some ppl pay ALL the monies for renovation. Thought the market norm is pay in stages. Like procure material pay one, then start commence work pay one etc etc. For this case becuz there was work done in the initial stages so the customer pay up all for the remaining items to be completed. Renovation industry a lot of blacksheep indeed.
