Nah, they are tropically is True Blue Singaporean. Just that some is mum or dad is Eurasian or Ang mo but end of the day is Singaporean holding Pink IC. They do know Mandarin but of course can't speak well but some can speak just that they used to speak English most of the time.

In Sg, If you are a Chinese, you still cannot speak mandarin properly is very sia suay.
