If you were able to keep 1000 bags, it means you just need 3 or 4. No need 1000. Each time you come back home with your shopping, the bags are kept away for your next shopping trip.

The bar code for p bags will be provided. You scan and enter the number you want and pay for them together with the groceries. A stuff will be around to check

Charging money for plastic bags is tantamount to an example of profiteering, rather than go green

If really go green, then we should not be seeing so many plastic product wrappings and containers for the drinks, beverages and other groceries and also the plastic we find hanging near the fruits and veggie counters

They will put some plastic bags for sale near the check out counters.

You can just take one and pay for it as a purchased item.

take as many as possible plastic bags from ntuc self checkout counter now.
