It slowly damages the body but so entrenched in our food supply if we don't consciously deal with it we will be affected by it.
Just to put things in perspective. We are eating 50 times the amount of sugar we used to eat 150yrs ago.
The body did not have time to evolve to take in so much.

last time ppl dun take refined sugar. their tea are just green tea, black tea, tie guanyin, longjin, puer, mulberry leaf tea, guava leaf tea, ..... no sugar nor nondairy milk
