The prices the PRC pay and the rental yield, it totally unrealistic. And their property only 70 year lease... It's crazy. And real estate fever is very high in Asian countries especially with the chinese folks.

Ya, the housing price in China's tier one cities is already not far from Singapore's. Massive bubble. That's why China doesn't want to save Evergrande and encourage more of such companies to feed the housing frenzy.

would come in any time soon.
As for local buyers, Sg wage growth already point to stagnate before the pandemic.

Many ppl are spending all their future $$$ thinking that they will get rich by doing so. But they havent forgotten 1 thing.
