50 Year Old Customer service officer. Those without degree or specialised field will be much easier to get another job without specialising.
But how many marketing directors can become IT Directors, HR Managers become Enginering Managers or taxi- drivers can become chefs?
I think this is an example out of the other 100, 000 cases that flop.

Well, is it Triple Confirm 100% that JoTeo is just shooting blank and can NEVER ever do her job right?
She thinks SG is the size of Australia or Japan?
It is always those with specialized skills and mid- level professionals that need to meet the 25 Job Criteria, not the lower- end general workers.
So of course, the specialised and mid- career may need 5 or 10 years to get back a new job in the same profession.
She must be sacked!
