5 cents per bag.... whereas in places like dom dom donki, its 10 cents per transaction..

Almost a decade ago I was already paying 30 Fen (or roughly SGD 6 cts) for a plastic bag at those major grocery stores.

11 FairPrice outlets charge 20 cents per transaction when plastic bags are requested at the cashier, regardless of how many bags are used
