one is shown , which is former Police Station/school

another one I suspect is beside Philips there , there got empty land.


for me is really ......now a days in SG ...property and property.....like NO life....

that TPY police station site is quite say spacious. Private developers can build additional blocks than the opposite GEM at TPY .

No need to say , surely got developers bid this land partly want to go Braddell MRT can walk to it.
also there are coffeeshop, market , hawker at TPY lor 4 there just beside this former police station.

Condos and bungalows for foreigners, HDB for sinkies....no wonder so many kumgong sinkies wanna buy condos to catch up with foreigners.
