The people there noticed all at least well dress, quite a lot look stylish , handsome like that.

Yah, mainly because of the weather and no state tax.
The bad points about the place are firstly that it is sinking. It is also build on swamps so it is just inches above sea level.
And then there are hurricanes. Slightly less than every 2 years, Miami will be impacted by hurricanes (directly or indirectly). Every 5 years, Miami will be impacted DIRECTLY. Every 12 years, Miami will be visited by a MAJOR hurricane DIRECTLY.
Next is inequality. It has the highest inequality in USA as a lot of rich people moved there.

Next is New York the City , mix . Got Rich and Poor people stay.
