Govt can force people to pay for plastic bag at supermarket but can't tell restaurant to serve free water. Screwing the people is what they know best. Next GE must send a clear message to them.

coffee shop sell price is fair consider that they bear cost of establishment
bring your own bottle of water. else go to nearby provision shop. can get below 50c for small bottle.
