Not identical but is more similar to msm in Sg media.
Unless you are sotong, you should know our media overseas news 90% are taken from the west msm.
In fact most of our regional neighbors also using western media on oversea
unless reporting internal affairs.
So you can see CNA follow the western views 80-90% of the time too.
So there is no lack of western views any where.

Actually other than LKY who often made accurate geopolitical views on China and US, I dun remember seeing any of our ministers making such public views except on the occasion where LHL publicly suggested to the Americans to have free smoke and free pork soup in China during his White House visit. Not sure such embarrassing speech are accepted as views. The other guys who made views was Kishore but he is no politician and George Yeo who is also no longer politician.

Besides them there is also Singaporean called Dickson Yeo who also have same kind of views about China

People who never visited multiple countries will not know how life is.
So not just act neutral but ability to understand different aspect of life.
There is no such thing one way of life is totally correct another is wrong, every country will have its positive and negative.
If(wrong perspective) from normal citizen is understandable but for a politician who was foreign minister
there is no room for naïve and less informed.
